We are currently in the midst of voting to modify our by-laws and change our quorum requirement for our annual meeting.  Our by-laws require 25% participation, which has been difficult to achieve, and our association would like to lower it to the legal floor of 10%. 

Voting will remain open until 50% +1 owner have voted either Yes or No.  It is important that we hear from every owner regarding this issue.
